TriYogi Yoga Online Classes
Classes are fluid, heart-led and explorative. I theme each class around a specific concept then work with pranayama, mantra, affirmation, mudra, asana, poetry and more to allow the theme to land and integrate during the practice.
We start with a warm-up to gently stretch and sync movement with breath. Then flow into more dynamic postures to build heat in the body, gliding through fun and carefully designed sequences to give your body the thorough MOT needed for healthy, happy functioning.
I invite you to listen to your body and explore alignment to fit your own beautiful, unique anatomy. Integrating breathwork, core work, balance, inversion and somatics in a delicious dance of strength and grace, we move and flow toward a full and rounded sense of empowerment

121 sessions with me look at the whole picture.
We will work with a range of tools, techniques and strategies to move toward alignment in body-mind-spirit to assist you in achieving your goals. 121 sessions start with a 'get to know you' session where we'll ascertain where you are in your journey, where you want to go and identify areas to focus on. I send you a summary and action plan that we use as a guideline moving forward.
121's are bespoke to you, whether you're a total beginner and want to focus on posture alignment adapted to your unique anatomy, or whether you're looking to bring more clarity, alignment, acceptance and empowerment into your life. 121's with me will meet you where you are. We will work on 3 levels - physical, emotional and energetic to make sure you gain the best out of your time.

A collection of short courses for personal growth. Each course targets a specific concept to work on such as confidence, self-acceptance, gratitude practice, abundance, and the chakras.

Journaling is a grounding practise that helps keep you aligned, loving yourself, and achieving your goals. There is such a deep satisfaction in seeing how far you have come, how much you have grown, how aligned is your journey, and the messages the universe constantly shares with you as hints and helps along the way.

Massage Therapy
Our aerial vinyasa classes are designed to build strength and flexibility, whilst at the same time maintaining a sense of playfulness, exploration and challenge. With the added use of the aerial hammock, you’re able to maximise support, play with your edges and maybe even go a little deeper. Read my blog to find out more about this discipline.
One of the most exciting things about aerial yoga is inverting, aka going upside down! Which is not only fun, but is also brilliant for decompressing the spine. With the help of the hammock, you’re able to achieve postures, like handstand for example, that might not be accessible in your regular practice. Thus you build self-confidence, in your body and ability, and learn to fly.
